Baldessin print edition launch

In October 2016, the Baldessin Press launched its inaugural print folio. It was a wonderful function held in the Red Rotunda room of the State Library of Victoria. The edition was launched to raise funds for the revamped Baldessin Press and Studio Foundation under the stewardship of Tess Edwards and her very capable board located in St Andrews, Victoria. The release of The Baldessin Press Folio, Baldessin & Friends, brings together seven celebrated Australian artists (Rick Amor, GW Bot, Jock Clutterbuck, Michael Leunig, Jan Senbergs, Imants Tillers and John Wolseley), alongside the late George Baldessin. Each artist has generously created a work for this project – the aim of which is to raise funds for The Baldessin Press and Studio – to continue the legacy of George Baldessin.
